Working fast food is frustrating. The manager on duty tonight is awesome. Even with frustrations up, she still smiled and was pleasant at the counter. Great visit. 06.20.2023 just before closing. Thank you madam.

Food was delicious as usual. Service was very slow due to the place being absolutely slammed with customers. The atmosphere was crowded and tense due to lots of hungry people clambering for food. The staff was flat out. Which I like. I like to see fast food employees with a sense of urgency. The dining room was clean. Tables were wiped off well and no trash on the floor or slippery spots.

When i go thru a drive thru in the am is for convenience. Getting your food thinking you are about to eat only to find out that once again you did not get the all important fork to eat your gravy biscuit with sucks. By this time it's to late to go get a replacement. 3rd time was the charm. Now i don't go there at all

The assistant manager was a very good person. The attitude and customer service is very good! Keep up the standard. It's tough in fast food but it can be done. Every day a challenge! Be the best!

They don’t even know the difference between southern fried fish and double beef sandwich . I asked for fish sandwich and they give me double beef sandwich .maybe they need to hire some good staff
