The entrecote steak is, in my view, one of the best to be had in Gaillac and the Joue de boeuf a special of the day was one of the tastiest dishes I have had for a long time. It has a good location and is a traditional bistro, having said which, the proprietor wasn't welcoming; maybe he'd had a long day, given the place opens at 0730. What we had was fine.
