The entrecote steak is, in my view, one of the best to be had in Gaillac and the Joue de boeuf a special of the day was one of the tastiest dishes I have had for a long time. Home cooking served with a smile at very reasonable prices in a noisy but friendly atmosphere. One the plus sympa places to eat a lunch in Gaillac.
It has a good location and is a traditional bistro, having said which, the proprietor wasn't welcoming; maybe he'd had a long day, given the place opens at 0730. What we had was fine.
