Big Cheese Pizza - Gallup

Not impressed at all. I rate the pizza 5.5 out of ten. Definitely won't be back. Thick doughy crust, no crisp. Sauce was forgettable. Was recommended by some people at work. Have to consider the part of the country that I am in. Frozen pizzas are better than this. Friendly staff, business is clean just not good pizza .

So we ordered pizza over the phone for pick up. Then we decided to just eat at the store how ever the cashier indicated we can't change our order and we have to take it to go. I asked but we are going to eat it here and order drinks. But she insisted we can't change the order because its already in the oven. I mean the location was not busy. If it was super busy and crowded like it usually is I would understand. I am just a bit disappointed in the service. It will be awhile before we return or order pizza here.

This place has a chuckle cheese feel except not as big and the pizza was 100 times better. I recommend the deep dish. The crust here is amazing. Cheese breadsticks were really good. While you wait you can purchase some tokens for the kids to play all sort or arcade games for tickets that can then be cashed in for little prizes. The kids really enjoyed this place.

Last time I was here at the North side location was to pick up an Uber Eats delivery back in October 2021. They were RUDE AF!... Today I was there to pick up my call in order for myself. Attitude is the same. Don't know why they like to argue with their customers. The east side location they are more customer friendly. Or there's always Papa John's or Pizza 9 too.

This rating is not for the food, but the unfortunate terrible service we received. The staff were rude and unkind in explaining covid precautions. They told us they weren't able to sit our family at the table next to us, but sat strangers at the table we asked about. Will definitely be doing takeout next time.
