Pizza Hut - Gallup

Honestly, the north side is so much better. Order online, drive thru. My order is always correct and done on-time.

They have outsourced calls to India, so you place orders with foreigners. Their pizza sauce now tastes like ketchup. Gross food now.

The HWY 66 Pizza Hut in Gallup NM is a joke. While I repeatedly order on line and curbside pickup... the employees constantly are unable to find my order when I arrive at curbside pickup. The manager then BLAMES ME and tells me that I somehow have to click on curbside pickup... A SECOND TIME. I tell her that I checked the curbside box when I ordered. This manager can not explain her need for me to somehow check a box when I don't have a laptop, computer or phone with internet connection while i am in their curbside pickup area. After this has happened 4 times in a row.... I have decided to COMPLAIN and let others know that this Gallup location needs to be corrected.

Pizza was burnt the pepperoni's never had a chance! The bread sticks were burnt and dry. We ordered a dinner box-carry out. My bad for not checking my order before I left. Disappointed in you pizza crew : April 2, 2022 afternoon shift. Better job next time!

A regular pizza hat with friendly and friendly staff: we visited almost at the closing times, but the pizza was really fresh and served with smiling faces. good work pizza hat.
