I thought this place might of closed since there wasn't a review in over 3 years, I'm happy to report this place still exists. This place was pretty hard to find. It's on an inside corder of the Tozai plaza, the door is black, which is surrounded by black walls, with only a small placard on the door suggesting something might actually be there. Inside you'll find a classy cigar lounge looking joint. (no smoking) This looks like a place to sit back and drink some fine whiskey or soju. On Sat/Sun they have a pianist play mainly Jazz and oldies. The place is rather small, and pretty chill, you can easily have a conversation with your company. The crowed were mainly older Japanese business men. Not rowdy or crazy, just a nice classy joint to sip some fine liqueur.
I love it... Very romantic place, perfect for a nice date!!
This place is the nuts.....as long as you can get past the mama-san and scrutiny and get into the back private rooms.
