Starbucks - Garland

I just bought grande white mocha. 5.90 my change .10 cents and he puts it right on the lid of my coffee where my mouth goes. How DISRESPECTFUL. To your customer. Instead handing me the change in my hand or wrapped in a reciept. 6/15/22 6.25 pm. They were cash only no cards accepted right now. I guess they don't care about their customers

I stopped this morning through the drive thru and the staff was nice and I have been taking sips of my drink and when I got to work still sipping and when I was going to take picture of it I notice a white or blonde hair sticking out of my macha drink and I’m a Latina 32 years old female I don’t have white or blonde hair, my hair color is black on top and brown! This is nasty how the heck will it get there I’m starting to think this was done initially!!

My bestfriend i stopped by this morning renny (i hope i spelt his name right lol) totally made our whole morning!! usually not a happy camper this early but definitely was this morning thanks to renny. amazing service!

I was just there and the Barista Lilyana has her job! I am here every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and always receive the best service! Maybe she's new, but she has to go to a customer service class!

It is a great place with free Wi-Fi to host business meetings and drink Matcha!
