Contribuisci feedbackWent in for a late night meal and didn't realize I left my wallet. You know they don't prepare the meal until you order, so it was a total waste. The staff member was in disbelief but totally professional. I went home to get my wallet and returned for another freshly prepared meal. The staff member asked to see my wallet 1st and we both had a laugh. Great customer service example.
The cashier worker was very friendly did a good job at taking my order. Ist a lady told her coworker to ring up for a ranch sauce. He didn’t listen so I had to wait in line again for sauces The soda was flat, the fries was not fresh or the greased needs to be changed Two of burgers were not made correctly . They put tomatoes on my husband burgers. When cashier did ring up correctly. It’s on burger maker workers end. Now my burger was delicious. That was it The ladies restroom was large After my 1st time at coming to this location will not return. Truthfully me my husband was very disappointed that quality of this location was low compared to other locations.
It's Whataburger. This particular location is well established, has great food and customer service. I went through the drive-thru. There were three cars ahead of me. I was done in about 3 minutes.
Cashier was friendly...food was good...restaurant was clean. One complaint....NO ICE?!
Stopped for a meal on a rainy night, food was fresh and workers were very friendly!
