For older coffees or cheap varieties, a finger-thicker stripe remains to the edge, Crema partly also 0. Even with your other varieties, the crema reaches the edge for very fresh deliveries. But at the Huila, the preparation begins with a cliche that made me think of a pump defect. Then a Crema surprise comes out, which, even after minutes, still creates a thick, sugar-bearing layer on the espresso and brings the cup to overflow. Tastefully, a bit of almond comes out when you let very little swallow slide over the tongue.

Because of the Crema article, I had to come by. The two coffees (Espresso, Cappuccino) have tasted very well, I couldn't leave it with a piece in the wild 's home cake.
