Was given a gift card due to having financial issues. Went to use THEIR gift card and they didn't accept it. Have been trying to call and speak to someone since August 13th incident happened on August 12th and as of September 4th still no response. What's the point of people purchasing gift cards if they can't use them? Calling corporate is like talking to the wall, you get no response. This business is terrible. Never again. Manager saw I had a gift card mind you the gift card was purchased August 3rd and had a copy of the receipt with it but still didn't take it. So now the person that purchased the gift card was also conned because their money was wasted and was never used. DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS FROM THEM, THEY DON'T HONOR THEM!!

I love SCNB. I usually order the value pack or the BBQ combo plate.Value pack= BBQ sandwich, fries (a lot of them) and a sweet tea.The combo is bbq (eat with a fork, chicken breast leg and 2 sides. I get Brunswick stew and baked beans. You also get hush puppies with your order. Drink not included.Oh and about the drinks they have THE BEST SWEET TEA. And the cup sizes are big. We initially walked in, and walked out. I’m glad we walked back in because the chicken was delicious. And even though it seems like a very bland fast food atmosphere, the food was great. We had shrimp and dark chicken and chicken, tender, snack, hush puppies and coleslaw.
