Holiday Inn Plaza La Chaudiere

The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location. The beautiful grounds include a patio/garden area outdoors. The room was bigger than expected and well-appointed. It had all the promised amenities. The service was bilingual, helpful, and accommodating, though some staff seemed to have difficulties with English. The gluten-free sandwiches were tasty.

This restaurant is fantastic! It is located close to Ottawa, but also provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is excellent; even when I gave them a hard time about parking, they remained patient and understanding. I apologized once I realized my mistake, and they were very gracious about it. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and had a great night's sleep.

The restaurant has a lovely entrance area with a charming fountain and garden display. The check-in process was slow due to only one person working at the desk. The beds were firm but comfortable, and despite being a bit old and squeaky, I slept well. Overall, not a bad experience.

To be honest, the rooms are affordable but just okay. On the other hand, the service is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The best feature here is probably the pool, whirlpool, sauna and mini gym. Everything is functional and we'll maintained. The yearly membership works out to about fifty bucks a month. Had such a relaxing time.

The view from my room was fantastic. It was a spacious, comfortable suite. I booked it partly for the kitchenette, and was disappointed that nothing was provided in that kitchenette. No dishes, cutlery or glassware. This defeated the purpose of having a kitchen. The hotel is very convenient for using the transit system.
