The owner insults customers because they ask to be served in French. However, it is unbelievable that we have to face this kind of behavior at the Quebec City and that the head office is not excused for the franchisee’s behaviour. they are disconnected and despicable for Francophones.

A long-time customer and follower unfortunately demanded wear of the mask with very little tact while the government only recommends it. I invite you to boycott this place until we adjust the policies.

Charging over a dollar for plant milk is ridiculous. It’s not more expensive than regular milk, and I would accept a 25-50 cents surcharge, but 1.25$ on top of a 5$ coffee doesn’t make sense.

Not to mention they've got a fantastic drink menu and super yummy desserts too. The service is always so welcoming and they're always happy to help you with the menu. So definitely come here for your next fancy outing.
