However, my iced coffee was not properly mixed and I waited 7 minutes while my Almond Berry Rise drink was prepared. The whole time I was holding my iced coffee and watching it melt quickly. It may be better to make the frozen drink that takes longer to prepare before the iced drink that will melt quickly. Just a thought. I also wish Second Cup in general would have more of the chocolate almond croissants. They're always sold out. :(Otherwise, the place is lovely with nice table setups and cozy corner nooks. It's also bright and welcoming.
The staff at this location are so sweet and helpful. Fully bilingual, friendly, and efficient employees that are so easy to deal with. The shop is always clean and tidy, and the line usually moves quickly. It's a bit annoying that their hours of operation are such a small window but understandable considering their location and customer base are mostly govt workers in the area. My go to is the London Fog and chocolate almond croissant. Yum!!
Great for business meetings, and just hangouts in general. The staff is great, and the pastries are delicious. They also sell Pinkberry frozen yogurt at this location which is nice.
Nice use of space, comfortable seating, piping hot coffee. Excellent place to spend one's break.
I often come here to do some reading because of its good music, pleasant staff, and comfortable seating, hence my four star rating. However, I went here this afternoon and was subjected to overbearingly bad Christmas music playing loudly throughout the shop for the entire time I was there. I eventually got up and left because of the offending racket. If this is what customers are to be subject to for the rest of December then I won't be going back until the holidays are over.
