The Gleaners Inn - Gedling

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and the food is always fantastic. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the dishes have a delicious, homemade taste. The portions are generous and everything is freshly prepared. We have enjoyed their Sunday roasts, which we believe are the best for miles in terms of taste, freshness, and value. We highly recommend this restaurant.

I stopped by this restaurant after work for dinner and it was really enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to everyone for food and drinks.

Shocking wait for lunch. Was told half hour ended up waiting for 55 minutes. Not a 3 course meal but fish and chips and bangers and mash. Told it was because “food has to be properly cooked through”. Seriously???

I visited this restaurant with my family for Sunday lunch. The food was excellent and reasonably priced, with a good selection of vegetables and generous portions of high quality meat. The owner was very welcoming and the service was exceptional. The restaurant also adhered to all Covid safety measures, making us feel comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning again soon.
