I came to this restaurant today for lunch and I had a pretty nice experience overall. I arrived around noon and there were no other customers at that time (it might get busier later on), so I didn't have to wait long for my food. The food in general was good, especially the delicious spring rolls and the tasty satay chicken. However, the rice that came with the satay chicken didn't taste very fresh (it seemed like it had been reheated).
The dining experience was very casual and budget-friendly. The flavors of the food were exceptional and the portions were generous. We were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant.
The rich chicken was pretty good and crispy. The pad Thai was also quite authentic. However, the green curry is something artificial and institutional.
Terrible. Nothing authentic about the food at all. The Pad Thai was more like Japanese yakisoba. No, sorry that is being kind. It was yakisoba. The chicken skewers with peanut sauce was deep fried chicken schnitzel with a water based soup and some ground peanuts on top. The Laska was the imagination of an unknowing chef. Two types of noodles. One being Ramen. The other being rice noodles. At least there were rice noodles, even if you had to dig through the ramen to get there. The soup was really thin with very little coconut milk. Recommendation: stay away if you like Thai food.
