Looking for somewhere to eat late lunch in Museum Quarter and managed to find this place tucked away behind the shops, Very accommodating head waiter and helpful staff. Food was very good and reasonable - Roast goose recommended.

Great restaurant. We went there four times in a week, and discovered that it is closed Saturday night. Food was excellent, especially the smoked spear ribs, not to mention the Wiener schnitzel. Service was great as were the suggestions for wine and cocktails. Loved the place.

This place is off the beaten path in Vienna but well worth the side trip. The food was the best we have had after 3 weeks on the road. The owner came by our table and spent a fair amount of time visiting with us. He told us that only 3-5% of their customers were tourists, the rest being locals. I would definitely go back to try additional dishes.

Very helpful friendly staff. Quiet comfortable restaurant. Nice food, great ambience. Good selection of Austrian wines etc.
