LA TOUR DU MOLARD - Genève

This wine bar is in one of the most beautiful medieval towers of Geneva, on the very central Place du Molard. The selection of Genevois white and red wine by the glass well thought out and never have I had a bad or even an...indifferent wine. The atmosphere is lovely if you like old stone walls and a view of the square. If it is busy the snacks can take a while to arrive sometimes. Keep walking up the stair until you come to the actual bar to order. there are in fact about four floors so you could get your wine and sit anywhere or else wait for the waiters to find you. On my last visit the waiter was particularly cheerful. glasses of wine cost between 10 and 12 francs.
