What an enchanting place: the ambiance, the food, the lovely live singer, and best of all our waitress Claudelle. Thank you Claudelle for making our evening unforgettable.
We have reserved for three people for lunch. we dressed and organized to meet a friend there, only to say that the auberge had “from eating and it is not our fault”. very disappointing for a brand new auberge rebuilt. we should have offered at least one coffee for our problems. they showed us without being sorry.
We are return customers and this restaurant was a success in the past. this time, not so much. the food was cooked from cold frits to the fish until the point of rawness. $21 burger was not inspired. on the top is the location beautiful, personal. was very friendly and professional. young lady singing accompanied by a gitarist was a big bonus. very disappointing after mentioning the inedible uncooked fish, we were not even offered a form of compensation. full price. big branch. will I recommend?
We had a spontaneous lunch here on a sunny afternoon on the patio. The service was very friendly and prompt, and the food lobster roll and fish chips was surprisingly tasty. My only complaint is that in an area where local microbrews...are popular, this place is captive to AB InBev. They sell Bud, Bud Light, Stella, and Corona among the few beers on tap. All are similar, all are uninteresting. There was one nice microbrew available in a can. Hopefully, they can go local on the drink list.
