Casey's - Germantown Hills

I highly recommend taking a short drive to the Metamora location—it’s definitely worth the extra 15 minutes. The food there is significantly better, and the staff is much friendlier. Unfortunately, at this particular store, the pizza is often undercooked and ends up soggy and floppy. Additionally, I’ve found the staff to be rather rude.

This is easily the worst-managed Casey’s I’ve visited. The food is rarely available at the appropriate times. I went in for breakfast, and there was no pizza—just 20 sandwiches sitting there, obviously not selling, as they were still there when I returned for lunch. What did they have for lunch? Leftover breakfast items and two stale slices of pizza. No fresh pizza, no burgers, nothing. I've noticed countless times that the staff is just standing around in the back while the warmers are empty. They also take much longer with carry-out orders compared to the Casey’s in Metamora. I could understand some of this due to staffing shortages, but this has been going on for over a year now. This seems to be the norm for this location.

I used to enjoy dining here, but for quite some time, the staff has been rude and inattentive. There’s rarely any food available in the warmers or cold coolers, and the gas pumps are often covered with bags. When there is food, it’s usually poorly prepared or not cooked properly. I understand that things can get busy, but I really hope they can improve!

Pretty decent pricing for gas and inside goods. Staff was very nice when I went there.

I used to love going here. Id spend $15 every morning on food and coffee. Now, i dont go there at all. The food is absolutely horrendous now. Burritos are tiny and have no cheese, pizza is made pathetically. Just very disappointing. The new staff members are also not very friendly. Very disappointing.
