New location! Although I miss the Collierville house location this is a great upgrade. Same great tasty food, friendly staff, and clean facility. Its located in the same parking lot as the Malco theater and Target.

01/2022 Update: The new Germantown location did not disappoint us! Friendly staff and great food. For parking, I suggest you skip the parking lot right next to the building, and instead use the shopping center parking lot. A few more steps, but when the lot is busy, you'll hate that you are parked in it. Whatever you do, don't drive around the back and it is difficult to get back out if cars follow you back there! That in mind, this Gus's is highly recommended! 2018: Love Gus's chicken! Spices are great, and it's always cooked fresh when ordered. It's important to keep that in mind when you eat at a Gus's location. They don't keep chicken under a heat lamp, so be patient after you order. Your patience will be rewarded!

Best fried chicken you 'll ever eat! Seriously...we 've eaten a ton of fried chicken in our lifetime and none compares to Gus 's! We tried everything from the wings to the legs and thighs. It 's fried to perfection and has the just right amount of spice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I always love when they 're passionate about their food and this staff definitely was! You won 't be disappointed!

Never, ever disappoints. Great food, great service, and reasonable pricing. Can't go wrong!
