I was really excited to try subway, it was years since I had eaten in this subway. hallo to the employees has no answer from them. after 5 minutes waiting with no service in a completely empty loading I went out. I really felt that they didn't want my thing. do not fit your time.
Came here at 6:04pm on 11/14/2021 for dinner after a 4 hour drive home to Germantown. I walked in and the lady yelled from the back that they were closed. I told her the hours online AND on the door said they closed at 8pm. She said she’d late for a family event and that I had to get out. I started walking towards the door and she yelled “OKAY BYE.” Short white brunette woman with her hair in a bun. I live .2 miles from here and will not be returning.
Giving the subway 1 star is a joke. I refuse to ever spend a penny in this store again. The guy's working behind the counter where rude, unprofessional, and cocky. I had to repeat my subs multiple times. They refused a bag so I could carry my subs out. They are on the list for Germantown Football coupons but refused that also. I personally am a business owner myself and I would be completely embarrassed if I had employee's working like this.
Vegetables were not fresh Millennials had a lackluster attitude, usually Subway is very clean, food is very fresh, not so much on this one
Pretty slow. Although they do mention this with 3 different postings throughout the store. I didn't think restaurants could explicitly state this even though coupons come through the paper every week
