They are great. Manager and usual morning staff are incredible. Believe the location is moving like 500 yards to Backlick Road and will have a drive through. Staff always has my order ready when I arrive.

This generation is gonna cause a lot of businesses to close up. They just simple, they don't greet customers, you can barely get them to say anything. Then they look at you all strange! Customer service just horrible.......Mohamud need to work in the back, not on register!

It was all good better than some other dunkin's we have been too. Our drinks were prepared very well.

The very same tasty latte .The people are nice, but the place is a little small.

I have come here for years and it has just gone down hill. I appreciate the employees showing up for work, but if you are not going to put the effort forward to even be 1%happy or welcoming then why come?no good morning, no thank you, even I said thank you and the two clerks stared at me like I offended them.I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and the bagel was barely toasted the cheese wasnt even melted.I understand this isn't a hotel where you have to be 100% all the time, but definitely not even 1% effort. I guess this is why people pay $6 for Starbucks because atleast you feel welcomed.
