Contribuisci feedbackThis was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with Starbucks. It took 28 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. The lady repeated my order back to me. But the order was wrong they then accuse me of not paying. I had to wait another 5 minutes for my coffee. It's been like this at this Starbucks for months, they're either short on staff or have no idea what they're doing.
Worst run Starbucks that I have ever visited. Mobile orders taking over 30 minutes to fill, filing orders randomly and not in the order received, half empty cups and a very rude manager.
Drive up took very long time just to get a Hot Carmel Latte. The helpnwas super nice. Very busy too!!!
I had a tire blow out on my way home (Indpls, IN) on a Sunday evening. I had to stay over in Effingham. My hotel's internet was out and I needed to get some work done while I waited for a tire-service to arrive to fix my car and get me on my way. The staff here is super-friendly and very understanding. I ordered breakfast and then later had a pumpkin-spice latte. All good. Internet service was my life-line for work and communicating with the tire service. I always made jokes about Starbucks being on every corner, but I am *very* glad it literally was in this case so I could work in a comfortable atmosphere. Also the eclectic music was pretty nice.
I usually don’t complain because really what’s the point but I do come to this Starbucks every day and it’s the worst I’ve been to. This place has its doors locked randomly and has even made a trucker walk behind cars to order because the cafe wasn’t open which is ridiculous and unsafe. Unfortunately it’s the only one in effingham. I got my drinks and my drink was made wrong so I went back around apologized and asked them to remake it because it tasted off. (Usually if it’s not great I can handle it but it was awful. It was a $9 drink so It should be made right to begin with. She asked what was wrong with it and I said it’s not how it usually taste and it was milky. Plus it was not even what I ordered… The blonde and brunette that handled the drive thru were very rude and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to them that they didn’t make the drink right. Anyways 0/10 this Starbucks is whack and so are it’s employees
