Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen In B

It was noon and me and my wife stopped in to try since we haven't had a chance yet. Wasnt too busy indoors but the drive thru had the workers on overdrive. Still nice woman at the counter took our order, made a small error (no pickles). Not a huge deal wife ended up actually liking the sandwich with them. We got our food in probably 15 mins max? And she apologized twice saying they were waiting on fresh chicken to be done. Wont hear me complain about the food being too fresh. They probably could have spent more time cleaning the bathrooms. Also the soda machine was broken but had no sign so we ended up with a cherry flavored dr pepper with too much syrup. New guy probably did it by accident.. Things happen and I'm sure we could have got a fine drink replacement but again not that big of a deal. We don't drink much soda so I had my big bottle of water I always have. Honestly for 4.99 blows the mccrispy out the window. Mashed potatoes are garlic which was a nice surprise better than kfc. Good place for 1 or 2 but prob not that feasible for a family with the bulk prices but honestly at that point you are shutting the whole place down to get all that good hot and fresh food for a family meal. Was surprised to see its in the old burger king which was not a good place to eat at all especially after nightfall. Overall, we were satisfied and they were training a new employee at the same time too. While also making sure food snatchers completed their order instead of just taking whatever is there.. Lots of things going on at once. Only one guy on the fryer but he didnt seem to mind and was getting food out left and right. We'll def be back. Thank you to all the workers!

Ordered Uber eats most of my food was missing. The food I did receive was incorrect and not hot.

If you go after 8 sometime they don't have what you want.

Staff helped me with the app kind,courteous and kind thank you sir for yer help and teaching me how this works. The food was hot,fresh and chicken was juicy the soda was mixed properly we all should realize food service fast food is not easy I was in institutional food for 30 years the regs and sanitation rules are intense and a lot of responsibility for the low pay thank you all Popeyes staff for the good food you produce ya don't get enough thank you's people have to do yer job to see just how much work goes into producing food at yer restaurant thank you very much also for treating me with respect as a human being.

How about when you pay cash, employee says she has no change and keeps it? That's stealing!
