I ordered a salad with mesclun and asked if I could substitute the beef carpaccio with ham from another salad at the same price. They agreed, which I appreciated. When my salad arrived, it had a lot of ham but not the Parma ham I was expecting, and it was topped with frizzy greens that I didn't like. When I mentioned this to the waiter, a manager came over to try and convince me I was mistaken. Eventually, he admitted they didn't have the ingredient I had asked for. He offered to make me a salad with arugula and tomatoes instead, which I accepted and appreciated. However, when the second salad arrived, they had simply added some arugula and chopped tomatoes to the same frizzy greens and ham, which I did not find satisfactory. I refused to eat or pay for the salad as it was not what I had ordered. I was disappointed by the lack of honesty and would have been satisfied with a simple arugula and tomato salad.

Quality, price, decor, speed of service, and ambiance were all excellent at this restaurant. The menu offers a variety of products and a wide selection of wines at different price points.

I was told, okay, I appreciate the gesture. I got my salad, there was a lot of ham, but probably no game, but most of all it was just the frizz I don't like! I'm telling a waiter, a manager comes in and sits down to persuade me that I'm wrong, but I know what it's about the mesclun and what it was on my plate wasn't at all. He finally confesses that they no longer have. or never seen the price difference! He proposes to prepare a salad with rockets and tomatoes, I accept and I always appreciate the gesture and thank him. I've got my plate for a second and there! they had taken the same fried salad to which they added some rocket leaves and chopped all the camouflaged under the ham not at all a parma! It was too much, I refused to eat and pay that salad! I can't bear to **** me! a little honesty on the mesclun and the tomato salad satisfied.
