Definitely dress up! Drink menu is tantalizing and diverse. This is the best up scale restaurant in Gibson's. Bring a friend or friends. Its a social experience. I especially enjoyed the roasted mushroom shawarma bowl.
What a great spot! Lisa is such a fun and friendly host. The food is amazing (I could eat the cauliflower daily). The cocktails are also really delicious. Great atmosphere as well. Highly recommended, will be back for sure!
HEAVEN! The Pink House Bistro is a MUST TRY! I promise you won't regret it, and you might even go back soon haha The service is top notch. Friendly, attentive, great energy, and own up to their mistake when it does happen. BEAUTIFUL interior but not too in your face. The outside is pink this the name of the restaurant. It's not hard to find, it's just above the Japanese restaurant so only stair access. It's such a small place there's no elevator and that's the only downside for disabled or very old people. It's a small restaurant so reservation is always a good idea. Quite a few options for drinks and delicious cocktails! They have different wines, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Not the most option for food but every item is super tasty. The only one that's not on the same level would be the chicken drumsticks (too salty and not memorable). Everything else tastes fantastic and extremely fresh ingredients. They have unique combinations of ingredients and flavours sometimes. Desserts were very good too. My favourite restaurant in Gibsons. Very walkable to the Airbnb's around the area (20-30mins) and street parkings around the area. Bus available too. Highly recommend!
I have multiple food intolerances and great difficulty finding a restaurant that can feed me something besides lettuce. I contacted Pink House before I arrived; their response was warm and inviting, telling me what dishes (and substitutions would work for me. The greetings were friendly, service was attentive but not pushy, the food presentation was beautiful (who knew falafel could be pretty! and I got to have fried chicken for the first time in 13 years! Dessert was perfect. Only wish I had been there for two of their open evenings so I could have tried the rest of the menu and had more fried chicken!
Drinks amazing, beautiful view and the cleanest washroom I've seen in my life. Food was overall delicious, one minor critique would be inconsistency with the sodium levels in the chicken pieces one piece would be fine while the other was far too salty. Although the service was friendly, once it got busy toward the end of the meal we were waiting for our bill for about 30 minutes. As mentioned, the patio had a lovely view but some background music would have provided more ambience. This restaurant has so much potential and with a few minor changes could be perfect.
