Natural Spice Glasgow

I ordered two pizzas and chips and cheese and when the order arrived it was missing a pizza. When the shop was contacted about this I was told that the shop was closed and there was no delivery drivers left to deliver a new pizza. There was no attempt to send the missing pizza which was already paid for. The only attempt to sort the situation was by offering a pizza the next time I order, so I’d have to pay more to get the pizza that I already paid for. Unfortunately won’t be ordering again as the service is terrible.

Ordered through Just Eat reasonably big order, one of the extra portions of chips we ordered was half empty at best. When I phoned to tell them I was told We 'll give you them next time it 's a bit busy! After telling them we 'd like them tonight as someone is left without they brought a new portion reasonably quickly... have a look at both pictures and decide if this is the kind of cuisine your after tonight. Thanks but no thanks.

I am not sure what to say, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional when dealing with me. I was repeatedly called a phenchod. The food was half hot and half cold some parts were cooked and other parts raw. It takes a special kind of person to be able to do that. The taste of the food was awful I would have been better going down to the local Tesco and getting a can of dog food. The personal hygiene of the staff must also be questioned as the was smell that of a man that has not washed in at least 1 month. It was also very expensive to rubbish. This shop made me believe that there is truly a hell and it's inside this shop. I might go back, but I am not sure
