I placed an order for $102 (with a 10% discount for ordering online) with a delivery time of a 15-minute window. After three phone calls following this window, the food eventually arrived 1 hour late.
Ordered from here and the girl never heard my order right. I then received the wrong order. When I phoned back and I explained her answer was naw ye definitely didny said she couldn 't do anything about it as she had read it back but the manner she spoke to me on the phone was terrible customer service. Lost a regular customer
I went to this restaurant for lunch and was extremely disappointed. The place was very small and cramped, with tables placed closely together. I ordered meat spring rolls for a starter but there was not much meat in them, mostly just bean sprouts. For my main meal, I chose sweet and sour chicken and chicken curry. The sweet and sour chicken had very few pieces of chicken and was mostly peppers and onions, while the chicken curry had a watery sauce with a few pieces of chicken, mainly onions. The rice was the only thing that was enjoyable. No one checked in to see if we were enjoying our food, and when I mentioned my disappointment to the waitress, she seemed uninterested and only wanted to quickly get the bill paid. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever been to,the food is delicious and the vegetables spring rolls are amazing. The staff are very helpful and pleasant,and the kitchen staff work very hard to serve their delicious food, I would never go anywhere else.
I entered the restaurant to ask for a takeaway as it states on their website they do ‘takeaways’ however I was greeted by a very unhappy gentleman who clearly did not want to be there who stated ‘We don’t do takeaways, try down the road!’. I appreciate if the restaurant do not offer walk in takeaways, however the staff could inform customers that they can simply order online to collect rather than turn people away!. Clearly, some of your staff need some customer service training.
