Sher Gills Takeaway - Glasgow City

Twice, I ordered a withdrawal by phone, and when I arrived on time, they said they were ready to make dinner, and someone came to order and leave before my telephone order began. too many clowns in here, this last time I have. I'll never walk in.

The staff made me feel very secure and comfortable while I waited for my food. The prices were also very affordable. I highly recommend this takeout restaurant.

Not for the first time i have tried to phone in a takeaway, tonight i had three seperate people answer phone after being hung up on twice , you give your order and they cant understand you , i speak english ,Scotland born and bred...,but they cannot understand you when giving your order ,and because they dont understand you they hang up,, they must think i am speaking some foreign language, or well maybe English is to them. I had to give my phone number times and they still could not understand it. How hard is it for them to get someone to answer phone that understands the english language... VERY POOR .

Phoned for food, waited hours for it phoned twice and been told it was minutes away but the shop was actually closed won’t be back

Well went to this shop got a kebab paid large one when I got the kebab home there was only the bread and very stingy kebab meat not worth that’s for sure. There was no salad no sauce I was glad I asked...for a separate sauce which they charged me for I phoned the shop and they said I had to ask for sauce and salad. Well they are the only kebab shop I know that does this and to be honest the kebab was not that nice either so needless to say I won’t be back to this shop wonder if they charge you extra for the sauce and salad
