Lilac Chinese Restaurant - GLEBE

Went with friends for a cheap Meal! But that was all it was really. Food very plain nothing special. No atmosphere at all, and good old laminate tables. Very 1960'S.

You can't help but appreciate the one-man show running this cozy restaurant.

This place is absolutely amazingIt has 16 seats and is run by one person (chef and waiter!).

I stopped by this restaurant one evening for a quick meal. The atmosphere was lacking, reminding me of simple Chinese cafes with plain walls and basic tables. The place was clean, but very ordinary. The food was just okay, nothing stood out as special. While this may sound negative, I usually find that even the simplest Chinese cafes can be surprisingly good.
