Sushi Ukai Glen Ellyn

We sat outside at the glen Ellyn-Location and there was a nice service, ambiente and food quality!

The service was terrible. the food was very good, but brought us out of order, and a main course was completely forgotten. she asked to speak to the manager (owner was there where we were told) and said she would not be in the position. will not go back.

The food was tasteful, but sushi fell apart. Maybe they were understated, but the service was not good. I'll never give a 10% tip, but o had at this time.

When we arrived, they said they were not dealing with open table and not having our reservation, but they could sit down. not sure to avoid the use of the open table again.

Service was very slow, which we were OK with as they were understaffed for the night. Waited over an hour for our sushi, then they came out with our second order of sushi and totally forgot the 1st order. We were patient about this, but after the restaurant cleared we waited an extra 25 minutes just to get our bill, 3 different servers were coming to our table even when the place was almost empty, they comped nothing, didn’t apologize but just said “thanks for being patient.” Had an opportunity to remedy the situation but didn’t. Pretty bad experience, probably won’t go back.
