Mcdonald's - Glendale

I want to be sure what that was called so I told the manager. She didn't know. how can u know what I'm trying to find out the name of this now famous tasty for dogs. I didn't say sure what his called, but his cup of whip cream in him for my case my dogs? I kept them, but forget the name. Well, they called a pup cup. it is a cup with whip cream in it. exactly what I said was, but you know she was as if she didn't know what I was talking about. hummm a manager doesn't know what a cup of whip cream is called for dogs. (may be attentive in the orientation or new products that came out. or was it only rude to me to feel uncomfortable with it. I hate to say that, but my dogs are left out in the night on the pup cup. all because I forgot the name, but I explained it to a t. I felt bad for my babies not getting a tasty as all 5s rest. but I pointed out that I returned to the same to get them. she hoped she wasn't there, but they got pup cups. they are not fans of it. 1

This place is always so dirty inside and outside. there are always pill heads throughout the building. Eating is really good. service is so...Food: 4/5

I drove almost 8 hours, I went in to make a break and eat a few and get a gift card, I was not even greeted when I went in the door. the 6, and sometimes more commiss more, staff there stood back with talks about the personal life. the one who went to me looked at me four times before they actually spoke to me because other people should do it. absolutely unacceptable. the manager was one of those who didn't help me!

We were twice at this place and twice they got our order wrong. the employees do not consider any accountability for their errors that they only accuse the costumer, even if they have repeated and clarified their order in the window.

Worst location in Arizona half the kids working night are rude and just playing around while people wait in line for drive thru manager needs to do a better job at improving there employees its a fast food but yet got people waiting for their food for 30 minutes how is it a fast food nothing but kids working poor management u see kids without uniform walking around as well. Food quality isn't all that great. Definitely last time ill be coming to this location. Cant even get orders correctly. Management needs to do a better job of running that location
