The past two trips to this Taco Bell location have been equivalent to a jokeThe new employees being trained were most certainly not the issue.

With this location you can now enter the building for mobile orders. that was uncomfortable. When I rolled up through the drive, I was told that I had to come in now, so I had to turn back, which caused a little stow. but then I came home and saw these tacos as if they had cast mine before they gave me the bag. also the taste was not as good as usual. soggy and not crisp.

Last 2 times I'm here at 11 o'clock and both of them were my eating only mildly warm. as if they have cooked the food with the ambient temperature of the slightly warm room. I've thrown both my food away.

Any experience at this place was nothing but terrible. today I asked and paid for grundbeef on my chicken power bowl, but as soon as I came home, I noticed that they did not. after countless mistakes in my orders numerous visits I went back to a question for a refund. rosie, the manager was very rude when I gave me a part of my refund. After I got my refund, there was another customer who complained about their food to be cold. it is hard to find good customer service in these days. if they hate their job, there are tons of putting in place by others!
