Contribuisci feedbackAngry old manager was back in force today. She?s sitting inside while one of her employees make runs to the gas station while she says the restaurant is closed. I see you eating inside of the store. Best to fire the manager and keep the store closed thanto have her hanging out inside acting like it?s closed while she collects pay. Instead of canceling my app order when I arrivedshe just acted like I picked it up 30 minutes later.

A bad sign is when they still have the di ner menu still up. Still I tried the sausage and a simerequest was for 6 sauces and I got 5. The burritos seemed under cooked so I will have to think twice before trying again
The restaurant gave us the wrong order on our receipt without any apology or accountability, even when I showed them the correct receipt. Their staff really need more training.
I really like Taco Bell. Recently, my food has been a bit cold and the brewed tea isn't the greatest. However, I will continue to go back because I really crave their food.
I have had a generally positive experience with the service and food quality at this restaurant over the past year. However, after my visit on 10/10/22, I am considering not returning due to potentially new management and staff. Despite being the only customer in the lobby, I was ignored by all staff members. Additionally, my mother was harassed and treated poorly by the manager on duty when she went back to retrieve my missing drink. The manager yelled at her and followed her to the door, claiming that she was being rude for expressing her dissatisfaction. This was a terrible experience and I don't think I will be returning to the restaurant's lobby again. It may be best to stick to the drive-thru where there is less face-to-face interaction with the staff.
