Some of the sushi rolls for the prices were HUGE. I'm so glad My family and I came out and I owe my Sis for turning us onto this place. Can't wait to come back out again soon!
My friends brought me to this amazing seafood place. We called in for reservations. We ordered the flatfish sashimi plate that was $250 and it was a 10-12 dish meal. We split it between 6 people. Everything tasted delicious and the service was also the best. The ambiance is an under the sea theme which was super cute. I would definitely come back again.
I’ve been coming to shiroi for years but I’m pretty sure it’s a new owner and chef. Definitely not the same sushi you used to get from the father/son duo.
I went to shiroi sushi with a few friends and was surprised by how good the service was. They were very attentive and gave us some soup and mochi ice cream on the house. The sushi was so flavorful and fresh. They also have so many options to choose from. I really liked the set up of the restaurant because it has tables surrounded by half walls so there's privacy for your party. The bathroom was also very clean which is always appreciated.
Food is decent, but service is awful. We 've given this place multiple chances, hoping that maybe it was just an off day which would explain the poor service. We ordered the tempura combo on 2 separate occasions The menu indicates 3 pcs of shrimp would be included, but the order only came out with 2 pcs. Our table also didn 't receive quick service regardless if the restaurant was busy or slow. Expect to wait 15 25 minutes to put your order in, receive the gochujang you asked for, or getting your check.
