Gasteig - Gmund

He stayed here after changing our thoughts about driving in the past Munchen. The hotel looked like it was a farmhouse. Our room was good with a view of the beer garden and parking. We went for a walk and... because there was no other dining place in Gmund, we returned to the hotel at 2030 and said the kitchen was closed. Family hotels usually offer at least some bread and cash for late guests, but I think the staff wanted to go to bed.

Visit here every time in Munich great service and food cooked to order a batch menu... Pizzas are particularly good!!! Great location next to the S-Bahn station. External seats also in mild weather...

The restaurant attracted us because of the view of Lake Tegern and is surprisingly quiet, although just above the main road. The menu offers traditional Bavarian dishes at slightly elevated prices. The service is known but has to become more attentive, and the background music... is quite terrible.

Very busy no reservations. We got a table where we could look out over the lake. Nice view and even better meals for me as a vegetarian and for the others. Duck was the special my wife loved it. The steaks looked good.
