The food is consistently delicious, especially the Penne Bugs which I can never get enough of. The portions are generous and all dishes are packed with flavor, making it great value for money. The staff are friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.
My recent visit to this restaurant was not the best as we had to wait a long time for our order, but it was worth it. I would not recommend the seafood soup, but the main dish was amazing. The Mediterranean seafood was authentic and delicious.
The mixed hot/cold platter at this restaurant used to be excellent, but recently the prices have increased and the quality and quantity have decreased. We used to frequent this place often and the seafood used to be amazing, but now it is average at best. The jarred sauce we received should have been freshly made in the kitchen for the price we paid. The famous George's platter fell short of our expectations. The wait service was good and the staff was friendly. However, the cocktails were terrible. Thank you.
Food was average but the service was incredibly slow. We waited over 45 minutes for entrees, and another 50 for dinner. One of our meals came with burnt squid, charcoal black. Burnt squid made my friend feel ill. Did not refill our waters more than once. We arrived at 8:30 and didn’t leave until after 10. Wouldn’t recommend. Very expensive for the low quality. My friend wanted me to add that “cheap gravy from the pub” was better than the mushroom sauce. Lol.
We were crying for seafood. We were not disappointed, the garlic shrimps were delicious, but missed the Mediterranean flavors. The seafood chowder was excellent but not gluten-free. We have shared the seafood platters for one. Yes gluten-free, as everything is grilled for perfection. The staff was excellent.
