Tried ordering a hamburger add bacon, total was almost 7.00... i left lol should be like 3-4

The dine-in experience at this location has been completely ruined by the recent remodel. There is no longer a fountain for customers to fill their own soft drinks, which makes the whole experience terribly inconvenient. It takes a while to flag down an employee to get you a refill. Not the employees' fault, everywhere is understaffed. But you know would make your staff's time more efficient? Not forcing them to take time away from their jobs to grab refills. We trust customers to make their own orders at kiosks, but not get their own refills anymore? When an employee gets you a refill, they will not put it in the same cup. Instead, they will give it to you in a new cup, which is incredibly wasteful. There is also no longer a ketchup dispenser, only a tray with ketchup packets, which is also very wasteful and inconvenient. I would consider returning to the drive thru at this location, but will never dine in here again. Terrible ownership/management decisions just lost a longtime customer. It doesn't matter how nice the new decor is if the experience becomes unbearable.
I 've been going to this McDonald 's for over 10 years now but I had to change my rating for this establishment due to the truly ugly experience I just had in the drive thru. I was accused of 'tweaking ' by the person at the window when I didn 't even have a chance to say hello, due to me not being able to hear them clearly while trying to order. It 's sad to see this place going even more downhill than ever before.
