Da Mario - Gontenschwil

We decided to go back to dinner on Friday night again in the da mario. When we arrived at 18.45, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the drinks. apparently, despite the well-attended terrace, you were completely underoccupied. the waitress then brought the wrong drinks, which could initially be overlooked. After we were finally able to order, it took another 50 minutes until the appetizer arrived. a new beverage order was in turn incorrectly delivered (panaché instead of rod.) the adjoining pizza arrived after an hour, about 21 o'clock. on a pizza were missing three ingredients (the additionally ordered egg was additionally calculated according to order) salting both pizzas. after further complaints, the cellar only meant that she had not baked the pizza and was not responsible for it. this has brought the barrel to pass, whereupon we immediately demanded the bill. an apologies remained, and the full amount was also required for the miserable quality of the food and services. a dlike gastronomic negative experience you have to look for first (price for beer, mineral, salad, two pizzas: chf 97). I've never been a bit of an evaluation point for a restaurant before, and would not have thought that this would be the case in an already known local. this can be further recommended locally with such a power and the subsequent handling of our complaints under no circumstances. this annoying one should save oneself.

The sun lured in the cool garden against 11.40 clock. the staff had its first day (which we later experienced) so my companion had to wait 15 minutes for the glass rosé wine. as he explained to us in words and several times, he would have had so many people on the eve that he could not fill up his supplies. until the order pickup went back a lot of time. the food was of excellent quality, unfortunately the portions were modest. the bill was salted, especially the wein. we left that locally against 13.15 clock, still hungry.

We were four and two small children for dinner in the da mario. we had a table reserved and were expelled without great greeting and only with a nod in the direction table to our place. then the chef took up our beverage order very quickly. the appetizer came very fast. one of us had ordered a risotto, which according to the chef is their specificity, he said we had to wait 35min as everything was fresh. after about an hour came to eat. the disappointment then: the risotto was not through after the long waiting period. my spaghetti with a bit tomat and 4 pieces of giant crivettes, tasted good, but for this little portion for 31.50.- much too overpriced! during the eating the served daughter came with food for other guests, but kept looking at our table number because she could not remember it and this about 7 times. even when we had finished eating dessert and asking for the bill, she came to our table and wanted to put us another piggy. we waited for half an hour to dessert, which also did not taste, as the sosse from the panna cotta was much too sweet. And for the bill we waited another 45 minutes! in this restaurant we will certainly not go mer!

Price performance bad. personal very unprofessional. extremely long waiting times. (1h main course 1h dessert 30min bill) I can not recommend the restaurant. pity, because the location with garden would be nice.

We were allowed to spend another great evening at mario last night. as always it was a culinary high flight with very good wine. the beautiful ambiente - as if you were in italy.
