To improve their sales, they need to start preparing food when customers order. This is the key to getting repeat customers. My advice is to avoid returning to this Burger King unless they change their ways.
The manager at the Burger King on Litchfield Road and Indian School Road took the redemption code for a free Whopper from my receipt. Today, he once again ripped it off and only gave me the upper part of the receipt. When I inquired about the torn code, he handed it to me, but this isn't the first time he has done this. I recognize the tough economic situation, but the manager at Burger King should not be taking redemption codes from customers and depriving them of the opportunity to save a few dollars on their meals.
The service at this restaurant was incredibly friendly. The staff was helpful in offering suggestions when we were unsure of what to order. The food was served hot and well-presented.
If I could evaluate it, I would have to throw away the food, how bad the fries were cold and stabbed. the burger and super cold.
This Burger King SUCKS! From employees to the food. The food was old and nasty. It’s not a normal Burger King, it’s like a generic private franchised owned BK. Avoid it at all costs if you can.
