Mcdonald's - Goodyear

How do we pay these people $15 per hour if they are so rude and cannot get order right! unreal. 4 pieces of chicken nugget child meal turned into 2 pieces and no drink or sauce. you were also ridiculously rude when I asked about my drink that you wouldn't give me. I know you don't care that you lost a customer, but I had to get it out that the people working there are terrible.

The first wasn't really great since we had to for couple minutes in order to attend us, but I guess it was understandable since they seemed to be low on employees but we received our order pretty fast and came out great! The only complaint is that the fries were old and tasted very bland.

I would give a zero but I can't. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and 10pc nuggets. The quarter pounder was raw and completely undercooked. The nuggets were hard and barely edible. When I went back to show them the food, they gave me so much attitude and made it seem like we were a problem to THEM! Like they didn't just give us raw food.... Not sure who was working at the time but it was at 1:23am tonight, 09/14/2022.

I regret to write a post for a fast food restaurant that doesn 't live up to the expectation of fast food. I placed a curbside order and waited over 20 minutes. I called the store to ask what the status was, and waited another 7 minutes for the food to come out. If they are short staffed and can 't handle mobile orders, then temporarily cancel mobile orders or something there should be no reason the drive thru line keeps moving, but nothing is happening at the curbside location. Multiple cars were here before me and not once did I see anyone come out to their cars either. It always resulted in them going inside for a long time, then finally come out. And both cars next to me came out without food. It 's really poor service to offer something and not be able to deliver. I 've been a long time customer here, and more often than not my orders have lead to dissapointment. I 'll have to try another McDonald 's, or other fast food restaurants that are closer to my house. Overall, I don 't recommend this place for their poor service.
