Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Goodyear

Loved the smoothie i got! my husband loved his as well! Definitely will be going again to order the same i ordered.

I literally hate making bad reviews but it needs to happen when things need to be called out. Let me just say that tonight was such a disappointment. When I walked in , there was a FULL house of people waiting to get their drinks,, I?ve never seen nothing like it. I was worried I wasn?t going to get it in time because I had work right after, but I was craving tropical so bad. But I didn?t realize it?d take 30 MINUTES or more to get one dang drink. I was trying to be nice and respectful because I?ve been in their shoes.. BUT this was SO unacceptable. While everyone was getting their drinks before ME, which ended up being me THE ONLY ONE IN THE STORE when everyone left ,, it turns out my order wasn?t even PUT IN or WASNT out on the counter for my name to call out. When I tasted my drink in the car. It tasted so not good. I felt I was tasting more of the whey protein than the other ingredients. Their oven machine was down so I couldn?t eat my usual wrap. This really put me in a annoying stage because now I don?t want to order from this location or even all locations. Please get this store together , because this is the worst

I?ve never felt so awkward in my life like I did last night. This location is so unprofessional in so many levels. I ordered my food and the cashier and another employee was right behind her, grabbing her and getting very close to her as I?m trying to order my food. I felt so awkward and it?s was so unprofessional, after I ordered my food they continued to kiss and hug in the cash register area. I was at a loss for words ive never seen this happen before. This isn?t the first time I have a bad experience here. I normally don?t write bad reviews but in this case I had to. Please have your employees do better and respect.

We usually love tropical smoothie but this location is awful. we are currently still sitting here, 50 minutes after we placed our order waiting for it. there?s a large group of teenagers working and one of their other friends came in after us and they were sure to stop working and talk to their friends and get their order order out as soon as they could. while we were here a few other people have complained for their orders being wrong. there?s an order sitting out that?s been sitting out for 2 hours (it says on the receipt). there?s a urinal cake air freshener sitting on the fan and it smells awful In here also. super unacceptable

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this tropical smoothie location. I recently moved to the area and have been a loyal customer of tropical smoothie for the past 10 years, visiting 2-4 times a month. The restaurant had a strong and unpleasant smell of cleaner, and it took a long time to receive my food despite the empty dining area. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I discovered that my smoothie was missing turbinado. When I arrived home, I also realized that one food item was missing, two others were missing sauce, and one item was prepared so poorly that it was inedible. The wraps were so sloppily folded that they were falling apart. Overall, I was truly disappointed and will not be returning.
