While reluctant to start using the MyMacca’s App, the latest addition of the MyRewards and deals on offer within the app, have been a game-changer for me. While I would generally only visit McDonalds occasionally, lately I’ve relied immensely on the deals and rewards on offer.And the added bonus of the app is that, there is less opportunity for human error due to miscommunication and misunderstandings, therefore I always get the items I’ve ordered along with any specific changes I’ve requested (e.g No Pickles! .
Witches hats and milk crates across the entrance to the drive-through, no signs explaining why or for how long.... For a 24-hour drive thru this is unacceptable as it's the last resort for food at least a couple of hours drive.
Didn't get 2 of my burgers right, missing a drink and gave no napkins even though I specifically ordered them. The lid for my iced latte was not on or fitted properly, with coffee all under the rim and I wore it all down the front of my Sunday best would you like FLIES with that?
Hit and miss. This is the last McDonald’s south, to which I have been choosing to go to over serval other venues along the way. Due to work hours I’m going there very early in the morning for coffee, however they should be fine because it’s 24 hour venueAnd as I said Its the last venue till Innisfail.On 4 different occasions there have been staff there however they are not serving. Either they say something or they don’t and have just ignored me in the drive through.Very dissPointing as a lot of shift workers relay on this venue.Learnt my lesson now. Will be stopping at a earlier venue from now on. Shame too because when they actually are staffed, they make a good coffee
