The Sushi was not bad, I have certainly had better. I the lower rating is due to their menu. I ordered (through Grubhub) a Soup and Suhi from their menu on Grub Hub at 11am. It was supposed to be to me between 1130-12. I get a message saying delayed 20 min. Around 12 Grubhub calls me to say the restaurant didn't have the soup I wanted. I asked for a comparable one. Grubhub calls back and they don't have ANY soup. I was unable to view a menu so I just asked for what ever they did have. Running out of an item late in the day I get. As you open, not good business. Also, I would suggest adding Philly Rolls to your Menu...
Hannaford's Bento sushi is my go to when I'm craving sushi for lunch at work. Besides being nearby, it's freshly made with quality ingredients and the prices are fair. I've had the tropical tuna crunch rolls $9.99), spicy cali mango crunch rolls $6.99), and the Atlantic salmon avocado nigiri combo $9.99). All of them were excellent choices. Unfortunately the range of what's available varies from location to location, presumably based on how large the market is and how much business they see on average. It may also change day to day. It's not really possible to predict, and Hannaford's website isn't helpful. It looks like you can see the full line of products at [hidden link], but no prices since I'm sure they will vary depending on region and supermarket chain the brand/chain has wide presence in the US and Canada). Each time I've gone, the sushi chef has asked me if I had any questions, and while I didn't, the attention to customer service in the department is appreciated customer service is my job! One minor inconvenience is that in one instance, the sushi was arranged in the tray with an open reservoir for the soy sauce, but the other two times it was filled with the ginger and wasabi.
