Howell's Sunflower Café - Goshen

I stayed there with my daughter who hadn't seen in three years and the waitress was so nice. The breakfast was excellent!!!! I loved everything about this cafe and we will return every time we are in Goshen

Very happy they have gluten-free food because I have celiac and they were accommodating. They made sure my food was cooked separately. Good food, too.

Nice little café in downtown. Very cheap menu with many different options, decent portions. Everyone loved the hashbrowns. Go early because it is definitely packed in the sitting area. Would be happy to go back!

The food was really good that my friend ordered a turkey sandwich and I ordered a Chicken Ceasar wrap. I love to support the local business and I am happy to visit one. This is the first time writing a review and his sad his not a nice one. But it was our first time, and we entered and nobody approached to say? Welcome or is it your first time here? we did not know how to order or if we had to sit in the register or order so that friend grab a menu that was on the counter and it was unpleasant cause no one approached or looked at whether we need help, and one of them looks at us how they didn't want it, so I ask if we sit or order so that he said we can sit. The server came and I ask what the coffee menu was to see what kind of coffee drinks they said they did not and I see they have an espresso machine and hot coffee and they only offer hot coffee until I said you have latte and they said yes, but no suggestions on milk or taste. While we ate the server, the server has not approached or said if we need anything, only if we have finished everything and handed over to the count and left. We are really nice people and expect good communication and good service. Customer service is about the details and this place does not sadly. People expect to know where to eat or serve. Sometimes it's about treatment. It can be changed by management to teach about customer service. But I hope it will be better.

It's a decent place to grab lunch, or a green juice. Service was good a bit slow in my opinion but not terrible. Next time I will try to order ahead.
