Costa - Gosport

A few minutes to me for a change I thought I would treat myself to a hot chocolate with cocos milk. omg this will be my regular contract now. thanks to the workers who were very patient and helpful with my allergies, although they were very busy.

The personal was great. the tables were quickly prepared for the next customer. there were 8 in our group and it didn't take long until our job was finished and it was right. beautiful atmosphere

This is for the Costa store at Channon retail Park in Eastleigh Hampshire. The Staff that were there on Saturday morning on the 12th of March were brilliant However I have been there on other occasions when there's been a manageress who is there sometimes. And she is very rude very Miserable and in my opinion has little or No P.R Skills Whatsoever She obviously doesn't want to be there And needs to be removed as Manageress Or told to change her attitude Thankyou Mr S Matthews
