Wanna be your fan too but : a) don't overload my burrito, b) don't overload on one ingredient at the expense of others, c) wrap that rascal properly (so I can remove the foil from one end and eat without losing interior fillings). Perhaps try eating one of your "creations" yourself ... they'd be much better with even makeup, better wrapped, and not overloaded. 3 of your other customers who dined with us at the same time (while initially likely excited about the quantity of food you'd piled high on their tortilla) eventually did what we had to do - ditch some food in the bin ! Cmon ... we wanna love you, but attention to detail needed you please.
Goulburn's food scene had long been boring, dominated by the usual fast food, bistros and some restaurants that have not changed in years.Zambrero is fresh, bringing some crisp Mexican flavours to the town. I was a little skeptical at first given appearances. However I had quite a delicious meal, as did my wife and we are looking forward to returning there again.
Simple great tasting meals for the nights that I don't want to cook and want comfort food. The smoky pork nachos are wonderful!
Now this is a place that does have good quality 'take-away'. Or you can choose to eat-in and even have a beer. Great food, great decor and a real nice alternative. A pleasure to go there.
My experience is based on several visits mostly take away, one eat in meal. Great atmosphere, fresh good quality food, differing serve size depending on service staff, however they seem to be open to suggestion. The menu seems a bit confusing, takes some time to get used to options.
