Power Plate Meals - Grand Forks

We moved to the Grand Forks area 3 years ago from Pittsburgh, PA, and before that Minneapolis. This place is as good as any we went to in either of those cities. My wife is glute-free and has a number of go-to items on the menu, which is clearly labeled for gluten-free options.

Literally my favorite place in GF to get healthy, super flavorful meals!! There is NO other meal prep company in GF, or anywhere, that compares to Power Plate Meals! Best snacks and drink selection too! One stop shop, so convenient!!

Power Plate Meals makes eating healthy so easy and now I don’t have to spend hours meal prepping and the doing all the dishes from meal prepping. I love that the meals are high in protein and help me hit my nutrition goals!

The quality of the food at this restaurant is amazing I have never before had food this good in Grand Forks. The location isn’t much (a strip mall way on the south of town), but the the cuisine makes up for it. There’s also a great wine selection, and they even let you order ½ a glass, so you can try more wines without overdoing the alcohol. If you want inventive dishes that taste great, you won’t be disappointed.
