Taco John's - Grand Forks

I just went through the drive-thru and had an incredible experience! I asked for refried beans instead of oles, and the man taking my order was so excited that I was the first person to request that all day. When I got to the window, he was exceptionally friendly. His customer service was outstanding; he was so bright and energetic that he truly made my day better. I wanted to let the manager know how great he was doing his job, but the phone number listed online wasn’t working. I really hope his manager sees this!

I prefer Taco John's over Taco Bell because it tastes better. The service is pretty fast, and the food comes out quickly. I really enjoy the cheesy potatoes, although I noticed that the little apple dessert has gotten smaller this year. I wish they would bring back the old Sierra Chicken, but I worry that if they did, it wouldn't be the same and might not be as good as before. Overall, I still think it's a great place to eat.

Quality fast eating at a reasonable price. their breakfast bowl is delicious and enormous, they will not be hungry. six packs and a pound is also a good business. six soft or crispy tacos and a pfund of kartoffel? that can't go wrong. taco dosday makes a lot better

This restaurant offers a unique take on Tex-Mex cuisine, somewhat different from Taco Bell, and the food is quite good. It appears to be well-managed. During my recent visit, I placed an order at the drive-thru, but they forgot to include a special taco. Fortunately, before I drove off, the person at the window noticed the mistake and stopped me. It's the little things that make a difference! I’m giving it 4 stars because the prices are a bit on the high side, but Taco Tuesday deals make it worth it!

Their service can be a little slow. Walked in there, the cashier was counting money and told us to wait while he counts (happened twice). We ate in there a couple of times and they're always low in their sauces, people had to go over the counter to ask for it before they do something bout it. Slow in refilling it too. They used to have pico de gallo but now it's gone. Food's alright and price is average too. Overall, it's an ok place.
