Tso's Asian Buffet - Grand Island

Not bad. not great. they go in with low expectations.

We had a large party here- they gave us a table and asked what we wanted to drink, we asked for refills and they were so rude! In fact two of the ladies slammed the cups down. They were treating people awful. We watched three different groups of people leave and tell them how rude they were within a hours time we were there. We asked them to clear plates and they rolled their eyes at us. The food was okay- but we definitely will not be going back because they were so rude. I would NOT recommend this place.

Terrible experience here. Found a large solid black hair baked into the Crab Rangoon. I have bright blond hair so it obviously wasn?t mine. Besides that it was baked into the wanton of the Rangoon. I let them know and they wouldn?t give me any kind of a discount let alone even an apology. Seriously. Not once did they apologize for it. Food was mediocre too. I would recommend buffet house over these guys any day.

I really like this place. It shall become my favorite place to eat while in grand island. My son likes their food as well. As I look around the restaurant. I see everyone for m old to young children enjoying the wide variety of food to choose from.

The staff was very friendly. The restaurant and women's bathroom were clean. The buffet area was also tidy. Food presentation was good. They had a nice dessert selection too. The pico salsa was delicious! The had hair chairs for children. Chicken nuggets and steak fries for the kiddos on the buffet as well. I don't think soda refill s are unlimited.
