The food is fantastic! I had the cowboy beans and a spicy pork enchilada, paired with a margarita, and everything was delicious!

Our favorite dishes are the puffy tacos—make sure to order one with pork, one with chicken, and one with ground beef to enjoy a wonderful mix of flavors—and the Flag of Mexico dinner. Those two items are our go-tos, and we haven’t had any complaints! We also often indulge in margaritas, which we find to be very good. Since the pandemic, we have returned several times, including for a birthday celebration, and we felt that the safety measures in place were well executed while still making it a special occasion. The staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is consistently clean and pleasant. So, if you're looking for a great place to enjoy some Mexican food, don't hesitate to choose La Cabra!

Later, we wanted to grab a bite to eat, and I had quite a few questions about the menu, which Jason was more than happy to answer. When the food arrived, it was excellent! We enjoy spicy dishes, and the heat level was just perfect for us. They have a range of sauces, from mild to very spicy, so there’s something for everyone. The portions were generous, and we couldn’t finish everything, so we took some home with us. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend that if you're out and about or just passing through on your way to the Monument, you stop by for a tasty meal!

We visited La Cabra when Dos Hombres was Redlands. We had not visited in a few years and went back and were pleasantly surprised! We prefer the new menu and were satisfied with our last visits with food quality, service and taste. While prices seem somewhat higher, we are not disappointed in many things. The Happy Hour Specials are great and we love the Guacamole and Queso. Our favorite menu items are the puffy tacos-be safe to choose 1 pig, 1 chicken, and 1 ground beef for all great flavors and the flag of Mexico dinner. These are the 2 go-to-menu elements we ordered each time and had no complaint yet! We often enjoy a margarita and find it very good! Since the pandemic we have visited several times, including a birthday, and felt that the precautions taken were taken on site and enforced, but that it was still a special occasion and celebrated. The staff is great and the atmosphere is always nice and tidy! So if you're looking for a good place to get a little Mexican food, don't think twice about the choice of La Cabra!
